Description

There are two config options in OzoneClientConfig: ozone.client.checksum.type and ozone.client.bytes.per.checksum, which are not exposed to ozone-default.xml. In this change I add these there and add the CRYPTO_COMPLIANCE tag to them.

UPDATE: Only the CRYPTO_COMPLIANCE tag needs to be added to the configs.
