Description

OM currently tracks the total number of files and directories in the NumKeys metric. We can add an additional metric to tell how many directories there are in FSO buckets. This can be subtracted from NumKeys if the user wants to know how many files there are. This should also be persisted to the metrics json file like NumKeys to survive restarts.
