Need to pull hbase h2 artifacts for hadoop 2 tests

    Description

      Currently, when running HCat hadoop 2 tests, we need to manually build hbase for hadoop 2 and copy the jars. This is because hbase hadoop 2 maven artifacts is not published yet. We need to make the change once we get a hbase hadoop 2 maven artifacts.
