Description

This is manifested by the second runMRCreate in TestHCatDynamicPartitioned.runHCatDynamicPartitionedTable. When the job fail, OutputCommitter remove all the existing output. We need to fix this bug, and in TestHCatDynamicPartitioned.runHCatDynamicPartitionedTable, also test if the original partition still exists after failed job.
