HCatalog should include SerDe-reported fields in the table schema

    Description

      HCatUtil.getTableSchemaWithPtnCols returns a schema that includes fields stored in the metastore, plus fields for partition keys.

      However, serde's can report fields not in the metastore. This is useful storing thrift structs.
