Notification tests both do the same thing

    Description

      We have two notification tests: TestNotificationListener, and TestMsgBusConnection. Both of them seem to do the same thing (TestNotificationListener does more) and the msg buss seems to hang from time to time. Can we merge the two and just have TestNotificationListener?
