[HCATALOG-179] Make HCatalog compile against Hadoop 0.23

Description

We need to be able to build HCatalog for Hadoop 0.23. Initial assessment:

• Depends on Hadoop MR APIs that have changed between 0.20 and 0.23
• Depends on Hive secure Hadoop shim, which does not seem to contain some of the classes required at this time
• Depends on Hadoop common/hdfs and mapreduce artifacts that are not part of the tarball referenced by Hive build
