More temporary test files are being left in /tmp/hbase-<user>

    Description

      There is currently about 160MB of stuff being left behind in after a unit test run in our jenkins setup.

      Table names left behind indicate that it is due to these classes.

      Either TestForceCacheImporatntBlocks or TestScannerSelectionUingTTL or TestScannerSelectionUsingKeyRange
