Up default lease period from 60 to 120 seconds

    Description

      At 60 seconds, it seems easy enough for a HRS to timeout if datanode and a tasktracker doing uploading all on the one, smallish machine. Try upping the default to 120. Internally at powerset we have it set to 180 for our big indexing jobs.
