    Description

      Like I discussed in HBASE-7534, HBaseTestingUtility.createMultiRegions should disappear and not come back. There's about 25 different places in the code that rely on it that need to be changed the same way I changed TestReplication.

      Perfect for someone that wants to get started with HBase dev
