Description

I just tried creating a project that uses 0.95-SNAPSHOT and had to import org.apache.hbase:hbase-server as the module that I depend on. This will be confusing to users.

In addition this brings in lots of dependencies that are not really needed.

Let's create a client module that has all of the client in it.
