Dump into log loading to the region level for ganglia, etc.

    Description

      Currently we have requests for the regionserver. If regionserver is carrying tens of regions, I'd like to know which regions are getting hits.

      Also, we should dump into log a loading message at INFO level that can be parsed out easily and piped into a script easily parsed as RRD/ganglia input
