Description

HConnection used to have getMaster() which returns HMasterInterface, but after HBASE-6039 it has been removed. I think we need to expose HConnection.getMasterAdmin() and getMasterMonitor() a la HConnection.getAdmin(), and getClient().

HConnectionImplementation has getKeepAliveMasterAdmin() but, I see no reason to leak keep alive classes to upper layers.
