[HBASE-5808] Remove TestHLogBench, HLogPerformanceEvaluation is more comprehensive

Description

We added HLogPerformanceEvaluation recently though we had TestHLogBench which does much the same thing (Didn't notice). Remove TestHLogBench rather than HLogPerformanceEvaluation because the latter does more (has a verify step and can take more options; also TestHLogBench does not actually write a log)
