Description

When do scan use a sannner, but i set limit=0(some code logic cause...), but the scanner return result....

alought hbase shell convert limit 0 to limit -1, but it not tell user...

but we also could set limit 0 when use client api

so should support limit 0? when I execute SELECT ... LIMIT 0 on MySQL...it work fine, not resturn any result...
