Make replication ZKWatcher config customizable in extensions

    Description

      The ZKWatcher in HBaseReplicationEndpoint always uses the source cluster's ZooKeeper client config when connecting to the target cluster's zk. Those might not match. I would like to make the used ZKClientConfig customizable for replication extensions.
