Skip zero length bytes of WALKey and WALEntry cells to avoid replication stuck with WAL compression

    Description

      We found both the two replication stuck circumstances on our production production clusters, which enables 'hbase.regionserver.wal.enablecompression' and 'hbase.regionserver.wal.value.compression.type'. 

      The zero length of WALKey and WALEntry cells should be skipped.
