editable meta supported by HBASE-23055 allow us to write new column family to hbase:meta, such that we will introduce a new column family cf:storefile to hbase:meta with different trackable columns to served as the in-memory tracking of e.g. `storefiles` and `compactedfile` in StoreFileManager.
