    Description

      As part of HBASE-22648 (Snapshot TTL), one of SnapshotDescription constructor was modified with an additional argument and hence, this is raising source compatibility concerns for minor releases. We need to bring back old constructor, mark it deprecated and internally point to new constructor with null/empty snapshotProps.
