Runs 'catalogjanitor_run' and 'hbck_chore_run' inline with the loading of the 'HBCK Report' page.

Pass '?cache=true' to skip inline invocation of 'catalogjanitor_run' and 'hbck_chore_run' drawing the page.

Description

Run the 'catalogjanitor_run' and the 'hbck_chore_run' when we draw the 'HBCK Report' page.

Its PITA running command on the shell every time you need a new report.

Can avoid new behavior by passing '?cache=true' on URL.
