Description

On HBaseSaslRpcServer, there's currently an unused Logger variable, as well as an unused Configuration parameter defined on HBaseSaslRpcServer constructor. HBaseSaslRpcServer is IA private, and its constructor is only referenced by ServerRpcConnection, so it should be fine to change constructor signature to get rid of the unused parameter.
