Description

Optionally track per-user request counts and data transfer metrics via HTable atomic increments. Aggregate user statistics for short periods and then push (then release) them:

• Request counts, by category: query, edit. Track scanner results as one query per row.

• Bytes in/out

• CPU use in Stargate

A common "users" HTable can support the HTable authenticator and metering.
