Description

When rsgroup feature is enabled, there are few places when 'RSGroupBasedLoadBalancer' can't find group of a table and print a lot of Group not found for table ***, using default which is chatty and useless in master log.

Plan to make it DEBUG level or remove it, since we can always know what tables a rsgroup contains by using hbase shell.
