    Description

      The related UT are:

      • TestRestoreSnapshotFromClientAfterSplittingRegions
      • TestRestoreSnapshotFromClientWithRegionReplicas
      • TestMobRestoreSnapshotFromClientAfterSplittingRegions

      I guess the main problem is: a dead lock between SplitTableRegionProcedure and SnapshotProcedure..
