Description
RATIS-278 is filed to create metrics for the LogStream itself.
HBase will want to consume (transform?) and expose metrics about the LogStream for us at the HBase level to inspect. Need to figure out what the LogService will show us first, and then what makes sense to export as a part of the rest of our HBase Metrics.
