Shell hangs when scanning a disabled table

    Description

      I executed the following commands against a 2.0 server:

      disable 't'
scan 't'

      From client-1.2: it throws an error because the table is disabled -> OK.
      From client-2.0: the shell hangs -> NOT OK.
