Description

Clean up the code in MOB.

1. Fix the incorrect description in comments.
2. Fix the warning and remove redundant import in code.
3. Remove the references to the deprecated code.
4. Add throughput controller for DefaultMobStoreFlusher and DefaultMobStoreCompactor.
