    Description

      Refactoring the separation between MemStoreChunkPool and (new) MemStoreChunkAllocator. The latter allocates chunks either from heap or from pool and assigns them the Chunk IDs. MemStoreChunkAllocator stores the mapping between chunks and their IDs.
