Description

We are getting a NPE in checkstyle when running mvn:site. It seems to be MCHECKSTYLE-288 or MCHECKSTYLE-250. Updating maven-checkstyle-plugin from 2.13 to 2.16 seems to fix it.

Or maybe not.
