Description

With the proc-v2 implementation, a bunch of handlers are rendered useless. This task aims to clean those up from the code base. More specifically, the following handlers are being targeted:

• DeleteTableHandler
• ModifyTableHandler
• TableAddFamilyHandler
• TableDeleteFamilyHandler
• TableModifyFamilyHandler
• TruncateTableHandler
