Description

It always timeout we I tried to get a coverage report locally. The problem is testWritesWhileGetting, it runs extremely slow when jacoco agent enabled(not a bug, there is progress).

Since it has a VerySlowRegionServerTests annotation on it, I think it is OK to promote it to LargeTests.
