[HBASE-12777] Multi-page book has broken links that work in the single-page version

Description

Noticed this today in a few places. As an example, on this page of the multi-page book, all the links are broken (because their href attribute is rendered as empty). Meanwhile, the links are present and functional in the single-page book.
