the following command will work with uri
hbase org.apache.hadoop.hbase.snapshot.ExportSnapshot -snapshot snapshotT1_dn -copy-to hdfs://hdtest014.svl.ibm.com:9000/user/demai/backup2
The bug is the same as Hadoop-9069. Since the hadoop jira has been sitting there for more than a year, use this jira for a local hbase fix for now.
