Description

Steps to reproduce:

• Install HAWQ cluster with hawq_master_address_port set to some value (eg. 5432)
• Change the hawq_master_address_port to another value (eg 10432)
• Restart all HAWQ components

This would lead HAWQ into configuring Standby incorrectly (still pointing to the old port 5432). The gp_master_mirroring table reports that the Standby is Not Configured
