Description

Support HA for libyarn
If Yarn Hadoop is configured with HA, there is an active resource manager and some standby resource managers. If current RM fails, and one standby RM becomes active.
In this case, libyarn fails in connecting the previous RM and attempt to connect the standby RM. If success, libyarn will begin to interact with the new RM.
