[HAWQ-1129] plr-hawq default install directory should be the same as HAWQ install directory

Description

Currently plr-hawq default install path is '/usr/local/hawq_2_0_1_0-2.0.1.0', this is different from the hawq default install path '/usr/local/hawq_2_0_1_0'.

We should keep them the same.
