Description

1. Add bucket number for hash-distributed table in yml file, when hawq register, ensure the number of files be multiple times of the bucket number
2. hawq register should use the file size information in yml file to update the catalog table pg_aoseg.pg_paqseg_$relid
3. hawq register processing steps:
a. create table
b. mv all the files
c. change the catalog table once.
