    Description

      Found this one is not implemented when I was reviewing the code.

      Spec - http://download.oracle.com/javase/1.5.0/docs/api/javax/imageio/spi/ServiceRegistry.html#getServiceProviderByClass(java.lang.Class)

      We first lookup in the CategoriesMap, find categories that are assignable from the specified Class. Then get the provider from the corresponding ProvidersMap.
