    Description

      On AIX, org.apache.harmony.nio.tests.java.nio.channels.DatagramChannelTest.testSend_NoServerNonBlockingTwice & org.apache.harmony.nio.tests.java.nio.channels.DatagramChannelTest.testSend_NoServerTwice throws SocketException, saying "The socket is already connected".
