http://harmony.apache.org/download.cgi has a section headed:

Snapshot Builds for Harmony 5.0

However, these builds are older than the current stable build.

If the snapshot builds are not being maintained, then please remove the links on the page and/or the files themselves to avoid wasted downloads.
