Add some test cases for java.net.Authenticator and org.apache.harmony.luni.tests.internal.net.www.protocol.http.HttpURLConnection.
[1] java.net.Authenticator adds test_setDefault()
[2] org.apache.harmony.luni.tests.internal.net.www.protocol.http.HttpURLConnection adds test_getHeaderFields and testUsingProxy2 methods.
