Description

Right now the http://harmony.apache.org/roadmap.html contains the pretty messy description of DRLVM development tasks which is:

Core VM Development Items
Known non bug issues and limitations
Improve kernel classes/natives code sharing

The proposal is to remove "Core VM Development Items" and "Improve kernel classes/natives code sharing" and create a single one like for JIT - "DRLVM Development Tasks". The "Known non bug issues and limitations" should be kept, still some of limitations may be used to define the tasks.

The attached patch introduces this changes.
