Description

After looking through standard Apache policies I realized we should strive minimizing strain on SVN server:
1) Better advertise src snapshot on website, in particular mention them on "Source Code" page;
2) Use HTTP consistently instead of HTTPS in links and descriptions, as ordinary users just need read-only access.
