Ticket cache support for MiniKdc

    Description

      As discussed in HADOOP-9881, it would be good to support ticket cache generation utilizing MiniKdc, which can be used to test some Kerberos cases for UGI regarding user login via kinit or ticket cache. Currently it's not supported and this issue is to implement it.
