Description

HADOOP-6284 introduced HADOOP_JAVA_PLATFORM_OPS and it's in branch-1, however it's not in trunk or 22, 23. It's referenced in hadoop-env.sh (commented out) but not actually used anywhere, not sure when it was removed from bin/hadoop. Perhaps the intention was to just use HADOOP_OPTS?
