Following commands needs to be added to:

• commands_manual:
  queue
  job [-set-priority <job-id> <priority>]
  dfsadmin [-setSpaceQuota <quota> <dirname>...<dirname>]
  [-clrSpaceQuota <dirname>...<dirname>]

• hdfs_shell:
  fs [-count[-q] <path>]
  [-moveToLocal [-crc] <src> <localdst>]
