TestDFSUpgradeFromImage doesn't shut down its MiniDFSCluster

    Description

      TestDFSUpgradeFromImage doesn't call shutdown() when it's finished with its MiniDFSCluster, so its resources aren't reclaimed before it exits causing subsequent tests to fail.
