Description

AbfsOutputStream does not have any counters that can be populated or referred to when needed for finding bottlenecks in that area.

purpose:

• Create an interface and Implementation class for all the AbfsOutputStream counters.
• populate the counters in AbfsOutputStream in appropriate places.
• Override the toString() to see counters in logs.
