Description

The new test ITestS3GuardDDBRootOperations.test_300_MetastorePrune fails if you don't explicitly set the region

org.apache.hadoop.util.ExitUtil$ExitException: No region found from -region flag, config, or S3 bucket
	at org.apache.hadoop.fs.s3a.s3guard.ITestS3GuardDDBRootOperations.test_300_MetastorePrune(ITestS3GuardDDBRootOperations.java:186)

it should be picked up from the test filesystem.
