    Description

      It would be very helpful to add the diagnostic error messages (via TaskInProgress#getDiagnosticInfo(String)) to the user-console via TaskCompletionEvents.

      This is particularly useful for debugging batched jobs e.g. nightlies/unit-tests/benchmarks...
